Special Offers & Discounts

Discounts apply to onsite testing only.

All special offers and discounts only apply where there are 25 items or more tested in a single visit.

The discounts will only apply to bookings that are taken during the month of the promotion. Tests need to be carried out within 90 days of the offer expiry.

Discounts apply to account customers, otherwise, payment is required on completion of testing to qualify for discount.

Test and Tag Service Policy

Our inspection and testing service includes all “Standard Appliances”.

“Standard Appliances” means all single-phase 10 ampere and 15 ampere portable electrical appliances which are approved for use in Australia, and connect to the power supply by means of an Australian 2-pin or 3-pin plug.

We offer onsite plug and socket replacement.

Access to Appliances

When testing at your workplace we require easy access to the appliances. This means that all appliances need to be out of boxes etc and on a table of surface ready for inspection and testing.

Payment

For non-account customers, payment must be made on completion of services.

For approved account customers, payment must be made 14 days from the invoice date.

Out of normal business hours testing

Out of normal business hours testing will attract an additional fee for this service.
